These Terms of Advisory ("Terms") constitute a legally binding Business-to-Business (B2B) contract between TECHIECOACHIO LIMITED (Company No. 17036505, registered in England and Wales, registered office: Cotton Court, Church Street, Preston, England, PR1 3BY) ("Company", "we", "us", "our") and the corporate client purchasing or receiving advisory services ("Client", "you"). By submitting an intake request or purchasing a diagnostic tier, you agree to these Terms in full on behalf of your organisation.
TECHIECOACHIO LIMITED operates strictly under an asynchronous advisory model. Deliverables, audit breakdowns, and technical roadmaps are delivered via Loom video briefs, PDF diagnostic reports, and the encrypted TechieCoachio Portal (FuseBase). We do not conduct live sales calls, video consultations, or manual calendar scheduling unless specifically agreed in a custom enterprise statement of work.
All fees for fixed-tier diagnostic audits (including Mini Diagnostic, GTM Audit, and Executive Audit) are payable in advance via Stripe. Multi-currency pricing is calculated dynamically (GBP / USD / EUR) based on the Client's geo-located billing jurisdiction.
Due to the immediate automated resource allocation, telemetry API execution, and bespoke analysis initiated upon checkout, diagnostic audit fees are strictly non-refundable once processing has commenced, except as required under mandatory statutory law.
The accuracy and actionability of our advisory deliverables depend directly upon the integrity of the data provided during intake. You warrant that:
All advisory outputs, system topography maps, and automated AI diagnostic syntheses are provided for technical informational and advisory purposes only. Outputs do not constitute formal legal, regulated financial, or licensed structural engineering advice.
You acknowledge that all code snippets, webhook patches, API routes, and architectural changes must undergo staging environment verification by your internal engineering team prior to production deployment. TECHIECOACHIO LIMITED accepts no liability for operational downtime, data loss, or revenue leakage incurred from unverified production implementations.
Statutory Exceptions: Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude TECHIECOACHIO LIMITED's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.
Subject to the foregoing, TECHIECOACHIO LIMITED's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any advisory engagement shall be strictly capped at the total fee paid by the Client for the specific advisory deliverable giving rise to the claim.
Upon full payment of applicable fees, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, modify, and internalise all bespoke diagnostic reports, system architecture maps, and custom code scripts generated specifically for the Client.
TECHIECOACHIO LIMITED retains all underlying intellectual property rights, proprietary frameworks, serverless edge worker templates, and methodology designs utilised to produce the deliverables.
Processing of personal data and system telemetry is conducted strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy under UK GDPR and DPA 2018 standards.
Client credentials, API header dumps, and temporary execution traces stored in Cloudflare KV edge caches are automatically purged within 120 minutes of audit delivery handover pursuant to our Zero Data Retention (ZDR) policy.
These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the provision of advisory services by TECHIECOACHIO LIMITED.
